Sugarhouse Training and Conditioning (STAC) is Utah's premier Redcord© training center. Developed in Norway, Redcord© Active training is the gold-standard in cross training for whatever activity you're involved in, as well as an amazing way to overcome back pain and prevent injury. Redcord© offers functional movement training at its finest. At STAC we run pre-screening and testing to evaluate "weak links" within your fascial chains. Weak links are often created when injury or pain occurs and the brain turns off signals to muscle areas to ward off pain, much like a light switch being flipped off. In Redcord© we turn the lights back on, and re-awaken correct movement patterns. Training your weakest links, we balance muscle chains into efficient, powerful movement that takes your daily and/or athletic skills to your highest level.
Based in Salt Lake City, we are excited to be the first to offer Redcord Training in Utah!
